Please note: 

- While the street itself is quieter than the main road, this is still a central city location in a block of flats, so occasional urban noise may be heard, particularly at night. Guests who are light sleepers or working night shifts may wish to bring earplugs for extra comfort.

- NOT suitable for toddlers and young children, the first floor bay windows are around 2ft from the ground.

- 3 people max: 2 in the double bedroom one on the single sofa bed. 

Building maintenance note:

There was a recent roof leak in a shared corridor outside the flat, which has now been dealt with. The building management company is currently repairing the ceiling as part of routine maintenance.

This has no impact on the flat itself or on guests’ stays.
